Laundromat FAQ
Both Caprock Laundry Center locations are open daily from 7:30 AM to 11 PM. Doors lock at 10:20 PM, with last wash starting at 9:30 PM and last dry starting at 10:15 PM.
Both locations are attended. One of our friendly team members is on hand to help you get a machine going or answer questions.
Our machines accept coins, cash, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet, so you can pay however is easiest for you.
No card required. You can pay directly at each machine with coins, cash, a card, or your phone's mobile wallet.
We carry a full range, from economical top-load and 20 lb. washers up to oversized 60 lb. washers for bulky loads like comforters. Our dryers range from 30 lb. up to a large 75 lb. capacity, so there's a matching size for whatever you're washing.
Yes. Vending machines on-site carry laundry products, so you're covered even if you forget to bring your own.
Both locations offer free Wi-Fi, TVs, arcade games, folding tables, seating, laundry carts, and available wall plugs for charging devices. We also have free crayons and coloring pages to keep kids entertained.

Wash and Fold FAQ
We do what your laundry needs. Our team sorts by likeness, by color, fabric type, and care needs, then washes and dries everything with premium detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets. We treat stains as part of the process, though we can’t guarantee every stain will come out completely.
Every wash and fold order includes premium detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets standard, no upcharge. If you’d rather we use your own detergent, just let us know at drop-off and we’ll use that instead.
No. Premium detergent, softener, and dryer sheets are included in our standard wash and fold pricing. Hangers requested at drop-off are also included at no extra charge.
Just bring your laundry to either Caprock Laundry Center location, 6411 University Avenue or 2611 34th Street, any day from 7:30 AM to 11 PM. Let our attendant know about any special instructions, and we’ll text you when your order is ready.
Pickup and Delivery FAQ
Sign up for an account online, choose your pickup and delivery dates and times, let us know how often you’d like service, and add any special instructions. Once your order is submitted, just set your laundry bag out on your scheduled pickup day.
Gather your dirty laundry into a kitchen trash bag. If part of your order needs different handling, like a delicate cycle or your own detergent, put those items in a separate bag so our team knows exactly how to treat each one.
Your laundry is typically ready for delivery the next day. We’ll wash, dry, and fold everything according to any special instructions you gave us, then return it on your scheduled delivery date.
Yes. When you schedule online, use the preferences and special instructions fields to tell us anything we need to know, your detergent preference, hang-dry requests, where the driver can find your laundry, or where to leave it at delivery.
Pricing FAQ
Drop off wash and fold starts at $1.75 per pound with an 8 lb. minimum order for routine items like clothes, towels, and sheets with next-day turnaround. Bulky items like comforters and table cloths are priced at $3.00 per pound with an 8 lb. minimum order. For these prices, we can have your laundry ready for pick up the next day.

If you want to use pickup and delivery as needed or once in while, then routine items are priced at $2.35 per pound for routine items like clothes, towels, and sheets; and $3.50 per pound for comforters and table cloths.
Commit to recurring weekly or biweekly services and pricing for routine items like clothes, towels, and sheets drops to $2.15 per pound.
All pickup and delivery laundry must meet a 20-lb. minimum.
